I wanted to do medicine from an early age. I was a farmer's son and I knew how to work, 16 hour days of physical work. I was working hard at school and wanted a goal that would give me a better life, so I put my head down and got the grades. After 6 years of study and hardships I was a doctor but my direction was not set in stone. I had lots of knowledge, an interest in the world and a young wife (whose father had been in the military). So when funds were low and I had the opportunity to enlist and be paid to study and travel I jumped. This delayed my development but gave me lots of great life experiences.
I travelled lots and did interesting things in Medicine (military surgery, survival medicine, altitude, underwater and elite sports) and was quickly seen as a "rising star" (the person who took over from me in my last position in the military went on to be the chief medical officer of all services). However, the lure of a change beckoned. With further study I tried a change in career direction in the executive roles running of hospitals and other medical organisations. My timing was poor and when my marriage ended I had a choice in my medical carer, Cosmetic Surgery or psychological medicine. I chose the later, whilst at the same time using my surgical skills in the developing field of skin cancer treatment.
In the year 2000 after a period of rebuilding and now in a new solid relationship, I returned to the field of Cosmetic Medicine. Starting with cosmetic injecting and learning about skin care I progressed through the field. In a progressive manner I have been given the opportunity to use my surgical skill to change people's appearance. The first step was into Hair Transplantation, then to liposuction. With time and exposure I developed the skill set I have today, Asthetic Vaginal Surgery, Breast Implants, Tummy TUcks, Blephroplasty and threads-face lifts.
I then decided that it should be my honesty, rather than any particular name of what I do, that would represent me. Let's see if it works!
