I wanted to do medicine from an early age. I was a farmer's son and I knew hard work, 16 hour days of physical work. I was working hard at school and wanted a goal that would give me a better life, so I put my head down and got the grades. After 6 years of study and hardships I was a doctor but my direction was not set in stone. I had lots of knowledge, an interest in the world and a young wife (whose father had been in the militray). So when funds were low and I had the opportunity to enlist and be paid to study and travel I jumped.
I travelled lots and did interesting things in Medicine (military surgery, survival medicine, altitude, underwater and elite sports) and was quickly seen as a "rising star" (the person who took over from me in my last position went on to be the chief of all services medical officer. However, the lure of a change beckoned with further study and I tried a change to running of organisations. My timing was poor and when my relationship ended I started to gain an interest in the psychological aspect of medicine at the same time using my surgical skills in the developing field of skin cancer.
After some period of rebuilding and in a new solid relationship, who introduced me to the field of appearance and cosmetic medicine with me starting cosmetic injecting and learing about skin care. In a progressive manner in the industry I was given the opportunity to use my surgical skill to change people's appearance. The first step was into Hair Transplantation. With time and exposure I developed the skill set I have today. Since then I have been looking for the "niche" that would allow me to use that skill set. I then decided that it should be honesty, rather than holding myself out to be somehting I am not, I would represent me. Let's see if it works!
